    About the Role

    The role of the Accounts Payable Lead is a key role in the EU/UK Financial Operations team, bringing technical knowledge and managerial experience to ensure that all aspects of Purchase Ledger processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The Accounts Payable Lead will ensure that the workflow of processes is managed, tasks / systems are improved where appropriate, and staff are developed to ensure that the team as a whole provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Managing the interaction with the outsourced team at WNS will be key to success in the role.

    Skills & Experience

    · Experience of managing a Finance Team. Ability to motivate and develop members of the team.

    · Significant Purchase Ledger experience, as in managing a multi-threaded AP process.

    · Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    · To demonstrate a strong cross functional knowledge of various finance processes as used by CTM.

    · A good understanding and working knowledge of banking, billing, AP, AR and reconciliation processes as relevant to CTM.

    · An understanding of the booking and finance systems used by CTM, including Traveller, Protas, ProFin, Consta etc would all be an advantage.

    · The ability to work with offshored support and drive the best value from this team.

    · Good communication skills and experience of working with non-Finance colleagues.

    · Previous involvement with system implementations / changes would be an advantage.
