We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Workshop Supervisor.
In this role you are a key influencer who will work closely with both the Service Reception and Parts Teams.
What does the role of Workshop Supervisor involve?Managing and improving workshop Productivity and Efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technician
Identifying Technician Training Needs.
What do you need to succeed as a Workshop Supervisor?
Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry
Confident with dealing with people at all levels, be able to build an immediate rapport
Excellent planning and organisational skills
