Job description:

About you

You must have a minimum of 45 years experience as a sales negotiator and have a natural ability to build strong relationships
Ambition, hard working and determined are few attributes required along with a sparkling attitude
You must exercise a good team spirit within an office environment
You should be driven, motivated and excited by property and meeting people
You must hold a full driving license

About the role

Register and maintain regular contact with applicants, building lasting relationships within the local area.
Ensure a methodical daily task structure is implemented to maximise productivity.
Support and work closely with Sales Manager
Accompany all viewings with buyers providing an excellent customer experience.
Build on existing negotiation skills and focus on tailoring this to individual applicants/clients.
Maximise opportunities to increase revenue.
Use CRM system to input data and use accordingly on daily basis.
