    In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering electrical and building services engineering maintenance across a range of client properties in the region.

    This entails diagnosing electrical faults, executing repairs, conducting routine maintenance, and overseeing installations.

    Additionally, you'll fulfil the duties of a NICIEC Qualified Supervisor, requiring relevant qualifications and experience in the field.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded
  • Duties of a NICIEC Qualified Supervisor for which he must have the relevant qualifications and experience
  • Responsible for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks
  • To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota
