As part of this role, you will be required to be a visible presence during unstructured time (before school, break, lunch and after school).

This role also involves substantial contact with all stakeholders, including outside agencies, with issues affecting student academic progress, therefore, the ability to communicate, be solution led, resolve conflicting ideas and find common ground is a necessity.

Oakgrove has the highest outcomes (Attainment and Progress) of all secondary schools in Milton Keynes in 2022 and 2023 and the behaviour of our students has been described as exemplary.
