Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail orientated Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
Evolution Funding is the largest motor finance broker in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate commission statements ensuring correct deductions have been made issued by our funder partners.
  • Process selfinvoice funder payments to our dealer partners, taking into account any subsidy and contra/settlement values as applicable.
  • Assist in the completion of partner audits as needed, ensuring compliance with auditing requirements.
  • Handle the processing of Wholesale Stocking vehicles and other related administrative duties.
  • Input new customer data into our system (Sentinel) and ensure Direct Debit mandates are processed and HPI registered.
  • Follow the collections process when necessary and manage case transfers to our inhouse Legal team if required.
  • Process and manage advance commission payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
  • Organise unwinds in coordination with our funder partners and dealers, ensuring the smooth closure of customer agreements. Follow up on overdue funds from dealers.
  • Provide training to staff members when required, sharing your expertise and knowledge to foster skill development.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in collections and direct debit processing is advantageous.
  • Possess a professional and courteous telephone manner when interacting with customers and dealers.
  • Excellent organisational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Familiarity with the motor finance industry is an advantage.
  • Display a positive and proactive attitude, approaching challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential, with the ability to communicate across all levels and present information to groups.


This is predominantly a home based position but requires some flexibility to be able to work from our Head Office in Chesterfield on occasion.
