The role is working closely with three departments, we are looking for someone who has great time management and who can manage their own workload.
What does the role involve?
- Supporting the other secretary's workload when on leave
- Dealing with administrative duties when setting up new companies
- Creating tender documents for Partners and Managers
- Scheduling appointments and managing dairies
- Managing your day effectively by setting reminders for meetings, appointment and other important tasks
- Maintaining and updating electronic filing system
- Assisting with absent cover on reception including dealing with incoming and outgoing phone calls and post
- Any other administrative duties required
Who would be the right fit?
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively
- Someone who can work under pressure to ensure deadlines are continually met
- Ability to take minutes in an effective timeframe
- Someone who is keen to learn and has an open mind
- Someone who is reactive to pick up new tasks that may have higher priority
