    Description
    Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer- Portsmouth/SouthamptonReporting into the Contracts Manager, the Gas Engineer will be required to carry out assigned day to day delivery of planned, reactive and small works assigned on a wide range of different types of properties and systems

    Essential Qualifications:
    Commercial gas minimum requirements·COCNPI: Core·COCNI: Appliances·BMPI: Gas booster·CIGAI: Indirect fired·TPCPIA: Testing purge· ICPN1:
    Pipework·CDGAI: Direct fired·COMCATI: Atmospheric burners
    • CORT1:

    Overhead heatersDomestic qualifications·CCNI: Core· HTR1:
    Heaters·CENWAT: Boilers·CPAI: AnalyserDesirable Qualifications & Experience
    • Mechanical – City & Guilds Level 3 or Equivalent
    • Building Maintenance Experience
    • Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and WordEssential skills:
    • Maintenance biased with Multi-Skilled experience
    • Good communications skills written and verbal
    • Client facing
    • Open to dealing with other forms of work such as installations
    • Capable of working on own initiative and without supervision
    • Able to adapt to quickly changing environments and client's requirements
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent organisational skills / Time management /Ability to prioritise and organise own workload/ able to work to deadlines
    • Good working knowledge of relevant health and safety requirementsSalary & Benefits:
