    As a Master Data Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality master data within the organization.
    The responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):Establish and maintain processes for master data management.
    Develop frameworks for data governance.
    Implement strategies for data standardisation.
    Evaluate and improve data management processes.
    Develop training materials for master data management.


    Master Data Controller Specification:


    Educated to bachelor's degree levelProven experience in master data management or a similar role, preferably in a mid-large-scale manufacturing organization.

    Proficiency in data analysis, data profiling, and data cleansing techniquesExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to identify and solve complex data-related problems.
    Experience with Microsoft D365 (Business Central / AX / Navision)

    Strong project management skills with the ability to implement and manage change initiatives.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across different teams and departments.
    Experience with data integration, data migration, or data warehousing projects is a plus.
    This role will be worked over a 4.

    5 day week; Monday to Thursday 08:
    00 – 16:45 and Friday 08:00 – 12:30. With the ability of hybrid working. Flexibility in this role is critical to the success of supporting the team.
