A global law firm with 1800+ people worldwide, including more than 540 partners.We are currently seeking ambitious associate to join firm's Corporate Tax team.
Main Responsibilities
The role will involve transactional, advisory and structuring work across all areas of the firm
This could typically include:
- public and private M&A transactions;
- group reorganisations and demergers;
- listed fund IPOs and secondary fund raisings;
- private equity transactions;
- tax disputes work.
