Our client is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator for the next six months, working with the Sales and Marketing team, this role sits within the heart of their UK business supporting a large team of sales account managers and Brand managers in entertainment and a Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment. Based out of their new UK office in a flexible hybrid home/office working.
The role provides continuous, dedicated and effective administrative and organisational support to the sales and marketing teams. Acting as a key interface between Mattel and specific retail customers, supporting the achievement of business goals and strategies, working with both internal and external stakeholders.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Effective and accurate completion of key retailer /supplier forms using systems to ensure
timely product set up, with varying information requirements by account.
Management of web information forms. Using systems to complete product set up details
accurately.
Management of Samples for range build, working with National Account Manager's on ordering
samples.
Image requests for products, ensuring products are presented to the highest standards in the
retail environment, using internal systems
Catalogue pages - working with National Account Managers, Brand Managers.
Proactive and timely management of product portfolio updates, working on brand updates to
maintain codes, copy, media and images.
Preview meeting management
Raising Purchase Orders
Liaise with direct import customer service team on product quote sheets
Providing administrative support on management of product wave detail on licenced brands for
key accounts.
Accurate updates on range plans – key changes to product information on key accounts
Attendance to licensor meetings to support retail activation plans.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in commercial environment is desirable. Experience as an intern or through an
undergraduate placement would be considered.
Technical: Experience of: MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & Zoom
A team player – both within the Sales Support team and across Sales & Brand teams.
Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels throughout the business and externally
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
