Full-time Solicitor/Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
Located at our East Grinstead office
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:15pm

Hybrid working will be considered Buss Murton Law is a well-established law firm providing highly experienced Solicitors to Kent and the South-East with offices in Tunbridge Wells, Cranbrook and East Grinstead.

We work in harmony with our clients, work colleagues and business associates to create lasting relationships by delivering a high-quality service and communicating in an open and straight forward way using appropriate language.

You will be joining a small, friendly team which forms part of a larger complement of residential property fee-earners across all three offices.

Day to day conduct of matters on behalf of clients in respect of all property matters including leasehold, new builds, shared ownership and land transactions.

Liaising with estate agents on a regular basis
Explaining complex legal matters to clients
Financial control with regard to cashflow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures.
To meet agreed time recording, billing and recovery of costs targets.

To take positive steps to ensure that existing clients are aware of the various types of legal work carried out by the firm.

To participate in marketing activities organised by the Marketing department and taking advantage of networking and business development opportunities.
