Our client is a modern firm with established roots.

They are a growing accountancy practice based in St Albans and provide a comprehensive range of services to businesses, charities, and private individuals.

They are looking for a Senior Support Administrator to join their sizeable, friendly administration team.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Support Administrator:

  • Creating simple word documents and sending them to clients in PDF format via the mailbox
  • Creating mail merge letters
  • Filing electronically to the paperless system
  • Updating databases and records to reflect client requests dealt with and processed
  • General administrative tasks to support the team
  • Client contact via telephone
  • Monitoring individual client Outlook Mailboxes flagging with the appropriate team member to be actioned
  • Logging client calls on to a helpdesk based system taking accurate details from the client and what issue they are facing

For this Senior Support Administrator role the employer is looking for:

  • Solid administration experience, ideally 3+ years
  • Strong IT skills, MS Office
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, and confidence to be able to deal with people at all levels of the organisation as well as externally
  • Proactivity, ability to prioritise, and manage competing priorities, escalating matters as appropriate;
  • Impeccable integrity and diplomacy, able to deal with confidential matters appropriately.
  • A team player and willing to help other team members whenever the need arises.
  • Thoughtful and creative in looking for continuous improvements to existing processes
