    Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 basic + contributory pension, 25 days holiday

    Location: Hybrid - Liverpool Street 1/2 days per week

Offering SME's across various verticals unified communications and IT managed services, you'll be instrumental to growth by helping the business understand what revenue generating programmes are working and what can be improved.

    Across three brands, the company has 160 employees and revenues of £30 million, but it feels much more like a startup, so you'll need to be flexible, a self-starter, and someone who thrives in a less structured environment.

    This role requires you to work in Liverpool Street two days per week.

    Key responsibilities of the Revenue Operations Manager

    You'll be working closely with the Marketing Director to plan and will be responsible for working with systems and analysing data to help us understand what revenue generating programmes are working and what can be improved:

    • Data Analytics: Utilise data analytics to identify trends, opportunities and insights for improvement in sales and marketing performance
    • Data Optimisation: Identify bottlenecks, gaps and inefficiencies in how our client manages customer data, generates revenue, and implement improvements
    • Campaign Optimisation: Work with the commercial and marketing teams to enhance lead generation, lead qualification and conversion processes
    • Hubspot: Use Hubspot to measure and report on pipeline performance
    • Power BI: Create regular reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide key stakeholders with actionable insights
    • Supplier Management: Work with third-parties on technical projects, where necessary

    Skills and experience the Revenue Operations Manager must have

    • Experience working with systems and data for revenue generating teams
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
    • Track record of using BI tools to create dashboards and bring data to life
    • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
    • Good project management skills and attention to detail
