• Coordinate volunteer assignments and schedules
• Provide leadership and guidance to volunteers

• Develop and maintain volunteer policies and procedures
• Conduct orientations and training sessions for new volunteers
• Monitor volunteer performance and provide feedback
• Plan and organize volunteer appreciation events

• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of volunteers
• Administrative: Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Social media management: Experience in managing social media platforms for volunteer recruitment and engagement
• Marketing: Ability to market volunteer opportunities to attract a diverse pool of volunteers
• Education: Ability to educate volunteers on the organization's mission, values, and goals
• Project management: Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating volunteer programs or projects
• Supervising: Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to volunteers effectively
