With stunning offices based in the heart of the City, the firm are looking for multiple Recruitment Co-ordinators to join the business.     The Recruitment Co-ordinator Roles:

    As a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will be working across the different disciplines and roles of the firm in your respective team. Working to create an excellent candidate experience from start to finish, day to day duties will involve but aren't limited to:

    • Scheduling interviews
    • Keeping tracking systems up to date
    • Managing calendars
    • Co-ordinating live interviews
    • Management of various reporting tools

    The successful Recruitment Co-ordinator candidate will:

    • Be passionate about building a career within internal recruitment
    • Have some prior experience working in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition function
    • Be a total team player with an excellent growth mindset
    • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meanwhile maintaining exceptional attention to detail
    • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Be highly reliable with a "can-do" approach to their work
    • Have excellent organisational skills alongside the ability to prioritise efficiently and effectively
