Description

Summary An an international developer, owner and operator of large scale Solar PV and storage (BESS) projects are seeking a Planner to join their growing UK team.

This company have a 2GW UK pipeline and are branching out into new geographies and technologies as they grow.

This is open to both experienced Planners with renewable energy experience, or less experienced planning professionals looking to get into the renewable energy space.

This is a brand new role for the company and the opportunities for learning and career growth are vast.

Continuing planning applications, including appeals
Participating in weekly planning meetings
Holding external planners to account to minimise project delay
Reviewing and signing-off Planning Statements, and screening requests
Representing the company at stakeholder meetings eg in the community
Maintaining project planning budgets
Assisting with the discharge of planning conditions and amendments
Minimum 2+ year's planning experience.
Relevant Planning qualification (Planning / Urban Planning / Town Planning / Architecture etc)
