    To drive all standards within the factory to ensure the site is audit ready.

    Achieved through the internal audit and inspection programme and continual assessment of site standards whilst on the factory floor to ensure that the factory environment complies with group, third party and customer requirements.

    Provide guidance and technical support to ensure the sites QMS are being followed on the factory floor, working closely with the Quality Systems and Operations Teams to promote high levels of awareness, and understanding, as well as driving continuous improvement to ensure there is a standard approach on QMS activities whilst promoting product safety, legality, and quality excellence.

    Key stakeholders include Food Safety Team, Regulatory Team, Raw Material Team, Category Technologist and Procurement

    Ensure H&S and environmental standards are always adhered to, and departmental risk assessments are up to date where relevant.

    Fluency of English language. Numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data.
    Data-based approach to decision making.
    Proficient in the use of MS Office tools.
    Understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems in both low/high care food manufacturing environments.
    The ability to identify, create local strategy and actively deliver improvements. Diploma/Degree or higher in a Food Science related subject.
    Food manufacturing experience.
    Food Hygiene Level 4 or equivalent.
    Knowledge of Food Safety & H&S Policies and Procedures.
