- Manage customer orders and queries in a timely manner
- Be the point of contact for European customers via phone, email & video conferencing
- Manage customer disputes through problem solving to swiftly resolve issues and minimize customer impact
- Liaise with warehouses and courier / delivery companies to ensure product delivery
- Driving key customer metrics to constantly improve performance profileTo be successful you will be fluent in German, both written and verbal. You will also have sufficient experience along with the role requirements above. You will also be competent in using Microsoft products, specifically MS Office and in using an ERP system.
