Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Skills Training: Conduct digital literacy training sessions tailored to the specific needs of diverse groups, such as seniors, lowincome individuals, and those with longterm health conditions.
  • Online Banking and

Budgeting Support:

Offer advice and guidance on online banking, budgeting, and financial management, helping individuals make informed decisions and manage their finances digitally.


  • Job Seeker Support: Provide guidance on using digital platforms for job searches, online interviews, and resume building, facilitating job seekers' access to employment opportunities.
  • Healthcare Guidance: Offer advice on accessing healthcare services and telemedicine options online, particularly relevant for individuals with longterm health conditions.
  • Digital Education Resources: Support students and parents in accessing online educational resources, including school portals, digital textbooks, and educational apps.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with community organisations and stakeholders to raise awareness of digital inclusion initiatives and ensure active community participation.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Track and record the progress of beneficiaries, collect feedback, and compile reports on the impact and outcomes of digital inclusion activities.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Strong digital literacy skills and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others overcome digital barriers.
  • Experience in delivering digital literacy training or advisory services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local resources and services that support digital inclusion efforts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Commitment to upholding privacy and data security standards when working with individuals' personal information.

Terms and conditions
Full time salary starts at £24640,.00 per annum - 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday


A full-time post holder will be entitled to 37 days leave which are inclusive of the normal bank holidays and 4 associated days.

Holiday entitlement is pro-rata for part-time employees. The leave year runs from 1 April to 31 March.


The post is reliant on continued funding and, in the unlikely event that funding is reduced or withdrawn, hours may be reduced or withdrawn accordingly following appropriate notice.
