Description
RG Consultancy are working with a well-established accountancy firm based in Heywood who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be joining an established firm and will be supported by the Partners and senior accounts staff.Duties include:
- End to end payroll (weekly, two weekly, four weekly and monthly)
- Understanding SSP/SMP/SPP
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Dealing with all payroll queries
- Calculating pension contributions (autoenrolment)
- Production of reports for BACS payments
Essential experience:
- Fast paced multipayrolls
- Use of payroll software such as; SAGE, XERO and Quickbooks
- Understanding of PAYE
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working to deadlines
Desirable:
Practice experience would be an advantage but not essential
Benefits:

Salary:
Up to £28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Heywood: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
