We have a new vacancy for a
Finance Business Partner to join our growing Finance team.

This position offers you the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis - splitting your week between working from home and our central support office in
Cheltenham.

About the role

Are you a driven, tenacious individual who enjoys partnering with non-finance colleagues? If so, this role could definitely be for you You'll partner with one of our Operations Managers along with the Practice Managers in their area, and also work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner and relevant Head of Operations.

You'll have the opportunity to be responsible for delivery of all P&L targets, KPIs, banking controls, capex analysis and pay schedules for the clinicians in the area.

You'll deliver on these essential requirements to a high standard and tight timescales, whilst also implementing a strategy of performance improvement tailored in conjunction with the Senior Finance Business Partner for the region.

About the person

Part qualified or qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Proven experience of working within a high volume, process driven environment
Results driven with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a fastpaced business
Excellent, well rounded communication skills with experience of stakeholder management
Ability to offer first class levels of customer service to all colleagues
Confidence to provide solutions to colleague queries & problems
Strong personal organisation skills to prioritise effectively to get the job done
Strong IT skills (especially within Excel)
