We have a fantastic opportunity for a first-class receptionist in an amazing corporate office building, ideally located on a prestigious business park with easy reach of Junction 14 on the M4.


You will relish the opportunity to take ownership of the reception, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who comes into the building.

You'll take pride in everything you do to deliver an impeccable reception service and enjoy building relationships with everyone who works in the building.

Salary - £9,984 pa / £12 ph

Hours - 9am - 5pm


Key Responsibilities:


Front of House

  • You will become the face of the building, ensuring everyone receives a warm and professional welcome
  • Take ownership of the reception area, always looking for ways to improve working processes and the service delivered to everyone visiting or working in the building
  • Efficiently sign in all visitors to the building following appropriate reception processes
  • Manage deliveries, including couriers and post
  • Stock check and re order supplies as and when required

Initiatives & Community

  • Introduce a monthly enewsletter promoting initiatives and concierge services
- helping to create a community vibe

  • Find out what's happening locally and reach out to the local community to find supporting offers / discounts for those working in the building
  • Assist with social media content ensuring all post meet the branding guidelines

Building and Services

  • Develop strong working relationships with the local letting agents and support them by ensuring any vacant office space is kept pristine in preparation for viewings
  • Support the onsite Building Manager by ensuring any building issues are reported, monitored and managed to resolution keeping stakeholders informed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:


  • Proven experience of working in a similar customer service role/commercial property environment
  • Vibrant personality and a cando attitude
  • Highly organised and able to perform in a busy environment
  • Proficient at delivering a highend 'meet and greet' service, working efficiently and professionally at all times
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills
  • Mac/PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages
