The role:
The Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for a sub team within the CCOE organization.


Role and Responsibility

  • Oversee and support KPI/goal obtainment for each Inside Sales team member.
  • Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting and training employees; as well as developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Team management; coaching, developing, coordinating, counseling, and disciplining employees within the CCOE department.
  • Act as a mentor and assign mentors across the team where needed, in particular to new hires.
  • Provide monthly feedback to CCOE Lead regarding progression of the CCOE Team.
  • Collaboratively work with all sales teams and strategic/global accounts to develop an overall territory account plan to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity and gross profit attainment.
  • Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships with an emphasis on a defined list of accounts.
  • Oversee quote creation, order processing and daytoday prospect, customer and partner requests.
  • Maintain exceptional quality of service by enforcing quality and customer service standard, analyzing and resolving problems, identifying trends, recommending system and process improvements.

  • Manages tasks, projects, or requirements to a specified business budget. Authorises expenses within this budget to achieve operational goals.
  • Performs administrative tasks to support the sales team and help them to gain, keep and grow our customers. Monitors sales targets and records sales data and focuses on delivery, efficiently manages time, priorities and daily workload to effectively engage with customers.
  • Provides customers with a valueadded perspective around industry, trends and the customer's own business. Understands SoftwareONE's framework of selling products or services to customers. Possesses knowledge of products and services across SoftwareONE's Software & Cloud portfolio and is able to answer or find the answer to questions.
  • Follows the global best practices, leverages repeatable and scalable processes and systems/tools throughout the customer lifecycle. Identifies opportunities for process, system and structural improvement as well as improving current practices.
  • Acquires, allocates and manages the resources (individuals, finances, technology, materials, machinery, and natural resources) required for a project. Ensures the effective use of resources on time and within budget.
  • Implements the organization's philosophy or framework of selling services and solutions to customers. Understands how to approach each phase of the sales process.
  • Teaches others how to do something using various strategies, techniques & tools. Imparts job specific knowledge, skills, and abilities. Improves the performance of individuals, groups, and the organisation.
