Year 3 TeacherResponsibilities

• Planand deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3students
• Assess studentsprogress and provide timely and constructivefeedback
• Create apositive and inclusive classroom environment where students feelsafe and motivated tolearn
• Collaborate withcolleagues to develop and implement effective teachingstrategies
• Communicateregularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on studentsprogress
• Deliver engagingand effective instruction to Year 3 students promoting activeparticipation and academic growth
• Use a varietyof teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learningstyles

Year 3 TeacherRequirements

• QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) orequivalent
• Experienceteaching in a primary school preferably with experience in year3
• A strong understandingof the national curriculum and assessmentframeworks
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
• Passion foreducation and commitment to inspiring and motivatingstudents
• Ability to workeffectively as part of ateam
