£80 - £100 per day

Academics, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Primary School Carers to provide 1:1 support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Doncaster's primary schools.

Responsibilities:
As a Primary School Carer, your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing individualized care and support to children with SEN.
Assisting in the implementation of personalized learning plans.
Collaborating with teaching staff and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.
Monitoring and recording progress, providing feedback to the school and parents.
Encouraging social integration and fostering independence in students.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
Experience working with children, especially those with SEN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A willingness to adapt and respond to the unique needs of each child.


Working Hours:
The position involves working from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, during term time only.


Salary:
The successful candidates will be rewarded with a competitive daily rate ranging from £80 to £100.
