We are seeking a full-time UK Sales Manager to join our team at Beco Products Ltd located in Brigg, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activities in the UK market, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will also provide product information and support to customers, conduct market research, analyze competitors, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional materials.

• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of the construction industry and building materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel within the UK for client meetings and sales activities
