Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize warehouse layout, picking processes, and replenishment strategies to achieve a 20% increase in output per head
• Develop and execute effective resource planning strategies to navigate seasonal demand fluctuations
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10 experienced warehouse pickers and operatives
• Maintain strict location discipline, ensure accurate inventory management, and improve OTIF performance
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with production, sales, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment
