Working closely with the CEO and Planning Director, this individual will play a key role in the development of new and existing Mick George sites.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking checks on land permissions
- Liaising with local authorities with regards to planning permissions.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Producing presentations for meetings
- Working closely with the CEO and the Planning Director
- Producing correspondence on behalf of the Planning Director
- General administration
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working within in land development within a planning capacity is essential.
- Knowledge of planning and environmental regulations.
- The ability to interpret geographical data and construction drawings.
- To be able to work under pressure and plan and prioritise workload without compromising high level of accuracy required.
- Excellent literacy skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders including members of the Board and Local Authorities.
- Full UK Driving License required.
- A degree or professional qualification in Geographical Information Science would be desirable.
