Working closely with the CEO and Planning Director, this individual will play a key role in the development of new and existing Mick George sites.


Responsibilities

  • Undertaking checks on land permissions
  • Liaising with local authorities with regards to planning permissions.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Producing presentations for meetings
  • Working closely with the CEO and the Planning Director
  • Producing correspondence on behalf of the Planning Director
  • General administration

What we are looking for:


  • Previous experience working within in land development within a planning capacity is essential.
  • Knowledge of planning and environmental regulations.
  • The ability to interpret geographical data and construction drawings.
  • To be able to work under pressure and plan and prioritise workload without compromising high level of accuracy required.
  • Excellent literacy skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate with various stakeholders including members of the Board and Local Authorities.
  • Full UK Driving License required.
  • A degree or professional qualification in Geographical Information Science would be desirable.
