    Account Management:
    Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
    # Sales Strategy:
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
    # Identify client needs and challenges, and position our software solutions as strategic solutions to address them.
    # Pipeline Management:
    Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and account expansion.
    # Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and support for client initiatives.

    # Advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed in product development and service delivery.
    # Market Insights:
    Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
    # Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and results.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field required; MBA is a plus.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sales or account management, preferably in the software industry.
    Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
    Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
