Head of Engineering | £140K | Bristol/Remote | B-Corp SaaS

Join an exciting Scale up as Head of Engineering. They are looking to push their product to the next level, and have someone join who wants to join in on the journey with this amazing B-Corp.

You will take responsibility for shaping the products future, working closely with the CTO to drive the product forward and oversee the entire engineering process.

This role requires x1 a quarter in London, and some potential meetings in Bristol (They are monthly but flexible with this individual being there)

Job Qualifications:

• Comfortable with a 30% hands on, 70% hands off (Technical roadmap, increase headcount etc.)
• Experience in SaaS environments
• Experience in scaling teams and driving performance
• Expertise in AI technologies and MEAN stack preferred
• Proficiency in AWS/Azure or similar platforms required
• Experience overseeing software solutions from conception to delivery
• Experience in a B2B2C business who work with enterprise customers
• Experience with Enterprise customers
