    The role
    As a Fleet Programmes Project Support Co-ordinator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will provide a Project Co-ordination support function to deliver Submarine projects to meet safety, time, quality, performance and cost targets.

    Day-to-day, you'll Provide Project Manager and Project Team with proactive deconfliction on their facilities, ensuring that there is minimum disruption to the vessels supporting taskings for Crane Operations, Augean Uplifts, NDE activities, anomalous Transport and Shearwater Diving activities on those Jetty's.


    • Provide reactive deconfliction for these supporting taskings as and when required, due to the Operating Constraints of these facilities.

    • Assist the Fleet Programmes Project Manager in maximising the utilisation and the efficiency of all the Project Management resource

    • Ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the Company's cost, time and quality requirements.

    • To ensure that deconfliction plans are developed, records are maintained communicated as work packages evolve.

    • Attend and participate in meetings as required.

    This role is full time 37 hours per week and is based on site at Faslane

    Essential experience of the Fleet Programmes Project Support Co-ordinator

    • Engineering background

    • Must be able to communicate with different levels of the business including stakeholder

    • Knowledge of Submarine systems and equipment is desirable but not essential

    • Knowledge of Project Planning and Project Risk Management techniques but not essential
