BAM Nuttall are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Commercial Manager to work within the RIIOT2 Framework.

You will be required to work on projects in Finstown, Orkney Islands & Dounreay, North Coast of Scotland; The works are expected to last until summer 2026.

As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
# Maintain effective communications with the Framework Director, Regional Commercial Manager, project management and other associated disciplines and enhance the profile of commercial services
# Provide commercial contact with supply chain partners through pre-contract meetings, contract vetting and input to subcontract documents
# Provide commercial input to contacts with clients, and if necessary, client's representatives
# Provide commercial advice to the site team in connection with all project issues and provide input to area commercial discussions / reviews

Successful experience as a Commercial Manager working with multiple projects and with a minimum of 4 years in this role
Open collaborative approach and willing to help and assist those around you
Educated to Degree level in a relevant Commercial, Construction or Project Management qualification (preferred but not essential)
