We are currently working with a leading construction/consulting business who are looking for a construction lawyer to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Legal Counsel, you will:
Carry out review, negotiation and drafting of contracts and legal agreements for business projects
Advise on arising issues, insured risks and commercial queries, under supervision where required
Deliver training programmes to the business on legal and contractual risks and issues
Technical legal knowledge and commercial understanding of the construction industry
Working knowledge of industry forms of contract (NEC, JCT, FIDIC)
Familiarity with concepts around construction project insurance and management of claims
Able to communicate complex and technical legal concepts to a non-technical audience
Willing to learn about and contribute to more complex legal matters
