We require a Change & Release Analyst for our Government Client to ensure their ICT Operations Change & Release Management processes and procedures are adhered too.

ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
Experience of working within Change, Configuration or Release in a demanding and complex environment.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and to communicate clearly with a range of people at different levels of the organisation, including the ability to liaise, explain and discuss complex issues using a range of tools, styles, and techniques.
Demonstrable ability to plan, prioritise and co-ordinate own and team activities.
Knowledge and experience of ITIL service management good practice, particularly Change and Configuration Management.
Ability to estimate risk of potential business impact from minimal data or identify the need to request further information.
Proven ability to persuade and influence others using a variety of communication styles.
Experience of working with complex multi system, multi-site environment.
Ability to facilitate meetings and manage any conflicts to an acceptable resolution.

Duties include:
Facilitate the efficient and prompt triage of all RFCs, assessing the risk and priority confirming they are valid and accurate.
Coordinate the impact assessment of all proposed RFCs with all key stakeholders.
Produces agenda and minutes from Change Advisory Board (CAB).
Prioritise and assign approved changes to the appropriate groups.
Coordinate the implementation of approved Changes.
Escalate to the appropriate management / stakeholders all deviations, issues, delays, and risks identified associated to changes.
Monitor and hasten change activity, identify, and report any choke points or delays, suggest, and implement resolutions to more complex cases and escalate issues that can't be resolved to the Change Manager.
Provide support to the Change Managers and cover their position in times of absence.
Identify opportunities for Continued Service Improvement and discuss options with the Change Manager / senior managers and implement changes to procedures and policy.
