Primary Objectivesthe tender process in a timely fashionmeasurement using both CAD measure & manual measuresof tenders using Causeway Estimating Software Systeman accurate prime cost for the project.relationships with the design team and clientsrelationships, quality, and the range of the supply chainof areas of risk and opportunityconflict and deficiencies within contract documentationthe Estimating handover information in a suitable format for the Construction teamof Senior department staffSupporting Prioritiesand promote collaborative working both internally & externallyuse of IT systemsa level of technical expertisecurrent cost datato eliminate riskfeedback from the construction departments on tendersthe company brand and ethosPerformance measurespro-active in resolving queries and technical issuesfor continuous improvement in both technical ability and financial company against risk through identification and eliminationto let work at estimators pricing levelsand reliability of scheme measures.
Personal QualitiesManagementPrioritiesUnderstandingSenseUK Driving Licence requiredAs our client prepare their own B of Q's in house the successful MUST be able to read and understand drawings and be able to do take offs from them including cut & fill to finishes.
Remuneration Package:
