We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Product with a focus on Software and SaaS.
As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products, working closely with our software and SaaS experts to drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for our software and SaaS offerings Technical: Be technical minded and focused working within a software environment
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a talented team of product managers, designers, and engineers
Market Research:
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs
Product Development:
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales teams
Customer Focus:
Ensure that our products are customer-centric and meet their evolving needs
Financial Management:
Manage the product budget and contribute to revenue and growth targetsRequirements:
Proven Experience: 5+ years of senior product management experience, with a track record of success in software and SaaS
