Description
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent basis, offering £21,000.


Key Duties

  • Responsible for maintaining and ensuring that the warehouse is suitably stocked at all times in terms of products, equipment and other associated items to support customer delivery and services, i.e. packing products etc.
  • Ensure that new joiners are onboarded via the department onboarding programme and that you check in with our new joiners to ensure they become competent and confident in the role
  • Carry out regular check ins with new joiners and team members to ensure optimum work performance by all
  • Carry out appraisal discussions in line with agreed quarterly timescales
  • Give constructive feedback to team members and others to ensure the operational effectiveness of our operations department
  • Responsible for picking and packing stock for orders to SLA standards and expectations
  • Booking and despatching parts
  • Maintain stock accuracy via regular stock takes
  • Take ownership of general cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse areas to ensure Health & Safety and other compliance measures are met
