Base QA/QC Co-Ordinator (Part-Time)
Job description:
RESPONSIBILITY:
- To take all reasonable care during the performance of their work for the Health and Safety of themselves and others affected by their acts or omissions.
- To cooperate fully with TechnipFMC, regulatory authorities and/or third parties to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

- To support Aberdeen SERVICES Facility achieve and maintain QA Certification under FMC Kongsberg Multi-Site Certification
- To provide Aberdeen SERVICES Team with Quality Control support to ensure OTD of Equipment to Client
- Assist local Management with preparation of Risk Assessments, Price of Non-Conformance Reporting and Obeya Room Maintenance
- Coordinate risks, escalation of issues and resolution actions.
- Any other related tasks deemed necessary to meet operational objectives
AUTHORITY:
- Authority to stop an unsafe act or condition without fear of reprisal and with the full backing of TechnipFMC Management.
- Authority to act on behalf of the Facility Operations Manager
MAIN TASKS**:
- Implement and help develop TechnipFMC activities relating to Quality Control, to ensure the capability of the organization to meet company quality requirements (ISO 9001:2015).
- Work under direction of FMC Kongsberg Organisation (Bergen) to obtain and maintain local certification as remote location under the Group Multi-Site Certification for Operations and Echt facility
- Work under the direction of TFMC SURFACE QA Management for compliance with Altens facility certification requirements
- Inspection of purchased new manufacture and subcontracted repair / remanufactured parts, ensuring verification in compliance with TechnipFMC Quality requirements/specification's as per purchase order and DBI.
- Inspection evaluation and compilation of technical reports relating to condition and method of repair of TechnipFMC and Customer owned TechnipFMC equipment returned to TechnipFMC Aberdeen for repair / refurbishment.
- Verify integrity of new manufacture / repaired parts and equipment meet company and customer Quality requirements prior to release for shipment to the customer.
- Verify integrity of completed equipment meets company and customer quality requirements prior to acceptance to stock via work order/documentation review and verification.
- Collate all documentation / certification relating to equipment and operations on Work Order prior to acceptance of equipment to stock. (Documentation Package Compilation)
- Responsible for the overseeing of all required QC/Workshop test equipment remains in certification.
- Responsible for internal QMS audits as per ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 as required
- Support Project Managers with Risk Assessment preparations as required
- Implement system for accurate collation of Non-Conformance reports including Close-Out & Cost impact
- Play active role in establishment of Facility Obeya Room(s) and support local Management with implementation of the process

RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE AND FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in similar role within Petroleum Business
- Recognised qualification with Quality Assurance Business Environment
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Positive and professional customer focused attitude to work.
