Search Consultancy is currently working with a client who is recruiting for a Resourcing Talent Advisor on a 12 month temporary contract.

You will be responsible for providing a excellent recruitment service across the board to attract a diverse range of talented people.

Your duties will involve:

Coordinating recruitment activity, working collaboratively with recruiting managers throughout the whole recruitment cycle.
Developing and managing recruitment campaigns
Keeping up to date on knowledge of recruitment best practice, the employment markets and legislation

Requirements for this role:

Previous experience in recruitment and resourcing
Experience in providing advice and guidance on a range of recruitment and resourcing
Proven ability to build rapport
Strong organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
