Are you an experienced Employability Trainer looking for a new challenge with a growing private training provider?

As an Employability Tutor, you'll help Participants to gain an understanding of the world of work and acquire the necessary skills sought by employers in a wide range of contexts.

In this key role, you will plan and deliver a range of employability courses in line with the service design.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver employability programmes
Help individuals to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their goals
Provide learners with feedback on their work
Coordinate and attend employer visits with learners
Work collaboratively with our Employment advisers and provide technical support to other course tutors
Maintain CRM systems to evidence progress of participants.
Experience in the delivery of employability training.
To be an expert in the delivery of course both face to face and via remote services.
The confidence to deliver employability courses online and in facetoface teaching sessions
An understanding of the necessary skills required for people to enter a competitive marketplace
