- Provide a waiter/waitress service to the first-class passenger offering professionally and courteously service to passengers that travel on TfW. To ensure that an exceptionally high level of quality customer service and care is given and maintained on a day-to-day basis.
- Be responsible for offering our customers a wide range of available products by accurately accounting for all stock, reporting any defects and working with the trolley when needed to provide a consistent service offering.
- Be compliant with Health and Safety policies by wearing the correct Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and adhere to the COSHH assessments, methods of cleaning and the correct use of all cleaning products at all times to comply with Health and Safety legislation.
- Be responsible for our customer's and your personal wellbeing by always following the conductor's instructions when on board especially in an emergency to minimise risk to health and safety.
- Demonstrable experience of providing high quality face to face customer service.
- Excellent customer organisational skills.
- Flexible and available to work the shifts required.

The Premier Service Host will work independently and as part of a team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of providing an exceptionally high standard of at seat and buffet counter food to passengers.
