    Product ManagerLocation:

    Devon (Hybrid role)Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager, a pivotal role reporting directly to the Growth Director.

    This position is instrumental in driving the company's growth plans and contributing to its strategic vision.


    Main Duties and Responsibilities:
    Own the core workstreams integral to the Strategic Product Roadmap.
    Track the commercial return of each Product stream to inform strategic decisions on R&D investment.
    Collaborate monthly with the Senior Leadership team, leveraging their expertise to benefit the Strategic Product Roadmap.

    Engage in weekly deep collaboration with the CTO, Tech Stack leads, Technical Project Manager, and App Product Manager for alignment towards mission success.

    Be accountable for ensuring the Strategic Product Roadmap is a dynamic and accurate plan.
    Act as the go-to Subject Matter Expert on Product Management.
    Present reports at the Board level when required, providing insights on the Strategic Product Roadmap.
