As a pivotal member of the team, you'll oversee and coordinate the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of production line workers to achieve daily targets and deadlines.
• Monitor production processes to maintain high levels of efficiency and quality.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline production processes and improve overall efficiency.
