    As a Full Life Cycle Executive Recruiter at Chainlink Labs, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in executive recruiting for technology roles, particularly in Engineering, Product Management, Applied Research, and related fields. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of startup experience, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess a deep understanding of the Web3 industry.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding for executive-level positions.
    • Leverage your extensive experience in recruiting for technical roles, including but not limited to Engineering, Product Management, and Applied Research.
    • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers to deeply understand their team's needs, objectives, and culture, providing strategic recruitment guidance.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in the Web3 space, to identify key talent and provide valuable insights to hiring managers.
    Requirements
    • 5+ years of executive recruiting experience recruiting for technical roles with complex geographical and skills requirements, preferably at a technology company.
    • Prior experience hiring in new geographical locations and internationally, understanding the nuances of diverse talent markets for a globally distributed team.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic advice and insights throughout the recruitment process.
    • Genuine interest in the blockchain industry and a strong interest in learning and developing industry knowledge.
    • Experience working in startup environments, navigating the challenges and demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
