Human Resources Coordinator summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will be the first point of contact for the UK HR team and provide professional customer service to stakeholders across the business includin

g:
HR Community, Finance, Payroll, General Managers and VPs etc.


This key and varied role will be responsible for transactional HR administration within the employee lifecycle and for delivering a wide range of consultative HR support services to the business and its employees.

Based at our busy manufacturing facility in the Wirral, it will oversee other businesses remotely within the group.

It is a particularly exciting time to join the business due to significant growth and expansion.


Duties of the Human Resources Coordinator

  • Providing guidance to employees and managers on HR, Recruitment, Performance & Learning selfservice tools
  • On/off boarding process for starters and leavers.
  • Processing and communication of employee data (the administration of contractual offers, employee changes, leavers)
  • Updating the HRIS ensuring the accuracy of all data
  • Administration support for the company reward system and schemes such as thirdparty benefit providers, Long Service Awards.
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc reports
  • In this role you will work closely and support with the wider HR team. For example, notetaking for disciplinary hearings, grievances, and work council meetings.
  • To provide accurate and timely generalist HR advice and assistance to support the company's objectives.
  • To develop new and maintain existing HR related policies and procedures in line with organisational strategy.
  • To work closely with other HR Advisors within the wider HR team.
  • The first point of contact for managers regarding a wide range of HR topics, e

g:
pay and benefit enquiries, company policy questions and day to day queries across the life cycle of employment.

  • Support with HR projects as and when required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Procedures, Processes and Work Instructions ensuring best practice

Human Resources Coordinator desired requirements

  • Previous experience in a busy HR environment
  • A HR related qualification
  • Manufacturing industry experience
