    Job Description

    As our Head of Reporting, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the accurate and timely reporting by the Agencies in line with all reporting cycles.

    You will be a key member of our UK Group finance team and we are looking for you to participate in setting strategy, monitoring KPIS and metrics, as well as fostering a culture of high performance.

    Key duties include:

    • Being the financial lead responsible for the management of all key UK Group financial planning and reporting cycles to deliver
    • Reviewing submissions and prepare consolidated financials with analysis on UK numbers, alongside building presentations supported by clear commentary telling the story on the financial performance of the Market.
    • Responsible for managing the analysis on UK wide projects in close collaboration with the Group Finance Director, Agency finance leads, shared services, EMEA, Global and Groupe finance teams.
    • Embracing technological changes to deliver efficient processes to maximize our business impact. Challenge the status quo, drive change and champion efficient ways of working
    • Fostering accountability, maintaining a strong controls environment. Ensuring consistent application of Publicis Groupe policies and audit compliance
    • Being a key member of our UK Group finance team, line managing a Finance Assistant.
    Qualifications

    You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, QBE) or similar relevant accounting qualification, with experience working within a fast moving, large matrixed organisation. Experience in advertising or the wider media space would be desirable but not a pre-requisite.
