Description
JRS are currently recruiting for a PART TIME CATERING ASSISTANT for our manufacturing client in Farnham. This position will be on a temp to perm basis and starting as soon a possible

Duties also include

  • Visit the Factory shop floor areas to take orders for both breaks from your colleagues
  • Prepare the orders for the relevant breaks
  • Shopping for Stock
  • Control the stock of milk which is delivered during the week, and request more/less as required


  • Cleaning

  • The washing up is shared between all canteen colleagues, as is the end of lunch clean down and floor mop. Work tops and cupboards must be cleaned/wiped down daily. The fridge must be washed out once per week and the freezer needs to be defrosted as required. Clean and replenish the coffee vending machine in the assembly area
Required Skills and benefits

  • Able to work on a part time basis and be flexible
  • On the job training and the opportunity to become Level 1/Level 2 in Food Safety in Catering
  • Previous catering experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Monday to Friday £10.07 per hour
  • Potential for overtime
  • Temp to perm opportunity
