    Allen Lane is seeking a dedicated Programme Delivery Manager to lead our client's Midlands property investment and planned works programmes.

    The successful candidate will oversee project management of investment work contracts, ensuring high standards, excellent customer experience, and value for money.

    This role involves managing a small team, liaising with contractors, and optimising service delivery.

    Act as contract administrator through Keystone asset management system


    • Certify contractor valuations and claims.
    • Manage quality inspection processes and resident liaison officers.
    • Review and update stock data for future programmes.
    • Participate in out-of-hours duty surveyor team on a rota basis.
    • Attend meetings as required and promote diversity in service delivery.
    • Uphold an excellent level of customer service, including complaint resolution.

    Performance Measures:

    • Monitor expenditure against budget and provide financial statements.
    • Deliver project updates and management reports.
    • NEBOSH/IOSH qualification desirable.
    • Full driving license and access to insured vehicle for work use.
    • Knowledge of quality control systems and remote working technology.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
    • Experience in contract administration and project management.
    • Familiarity with Keystone or similar asset management systems.
