    The Role:

    As the Integrated Business Planning Director for EMEA, you will enhance Demand Probability signals, Inventory planning and execution to optimize supply chain efficiency and/or service levels. You will ensure that relationships and touchpoints throughout the organisation are in place to facilitate the clear communication of inventory forecasts, plans and execution by stakeholders.

    The ideal candidate will have great leadership skills to manage and influence a team and a strong analytical mind to problem-solve and develop long-term strategy plans that integrate with the company's financial infrastructure.

    Your Impact:
  • Implement and advance performance through culture and measured through KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias and Forecast Value Add
  • Drive all regional IP teams to create clear operating procedures and processes to maintain a consistent focus on financial and operational targets
  • Partner with Brand, Regional and Channel leadership teams to ensure all deliverables align with brand strategic direction and financial objectives
  • Communicate to internal partners around achievement of targets via KPIs and metrics such as Inventory Turns, Inventory Landing, On Time In Full (OTIF) and air freight spend
  • Ensure each region and function maintains processes and ensure users are fully trained for the full life of the planning systems

    Who You Are:
  • You are a natural leader and can create a culture that values excellence
  • A strategic thinker, continuously looking to problem-solve and improve practices
  • You're comfortable with presenting on a board level and able to influence decision making
  • You understand wholesale, retail and ecommerce environments

    We would Love to Hear from People with:
  • Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally for a global organisation with multiple distribution channels (retail, wholesale, ecommerce)
  • Certifications in Sales & Operations Planning such as Oliver Wight or APICS is a plus
  • Proficiency in systems such as Oracle is beneficial but not required
